39. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY - Comments: Contamination not prevented during storage/ preparation. Found employees cleaning 2 large ceiling vents above drive through station area where beverages ( ice tea and lemonade) are made, open ice bin at soda station, observed chunks of dust falling allover and around food storage and equipment. Instructed to protect food and equipment with a tarp when cleaning vents above. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.
