Inspector’s comment: The middle refrigerator on the line is running warm; items on the bottom are 45F and items on top are 51F. Provide proper cold holding of 41F or below. (Temperature logs show that items were 37F on the bottom at opening and the items on the top were 40F when the refrigerator was stocked an hour earlier so items were moved to other refrigeration units)
