Inspector’s comment: rodent droppings observed on floor behind water heater in catering room and droppings observed under a rolling storage rack at the front register area. Remove evidence of droppings. Provide extermination service ASAP and provide reciept of service and a detailed report with details for dealing with rodent issue. Also provide an Intergrated Pest Management (IPM) report specific to this restaurant that outlines all aspects of the extermination service.

Panel missing to the back of the cabinet that houses the soda station. Replace missing panel or seal off area to ensure no entry from outside pests into this establishment.
