Single-service articles stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed water droplets on glove boxes under paper towel dispenser at hand washing sink on end of make line across from soup warmer.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed black and pink debris on ice guard in ice machine.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink blocked by ladder. Manager moved. **Corrected On-Site**
