Equipment in poor repair. Gasket on reach-in cooler next to hand wash sink leading into cook line torn. Also, gasket on reach-in cooler lettuce drawer torn.
Food stored on floor. One bag in box soda box stored on floor in soda closet. Also, bag of bread being donated stored on floor in bakery area. Operator stated person didn't come to pick up bread and will be discarded.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gasket on walk-in-cooler and also on walk-in-catering cooler soiled. Also, exterior of some reach-in cooler equipment on cook line soiled. Also, under multiple drawers in reach-in cooler on cook line have accumulation of debris.
