Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed under shelves at bakers cooler. Also observed at walk in freezer.
In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Observed utensil stored within no running water. As per operator dipper-well is not working, operator removed utensil during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed soiled interior on reach in cooler at coffee station.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed clean utensils not inverted on shelves next to dishwasher machine.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Observed that the employees certificates were copies and not the originals.
