Inspector’s narrative

Education given on proper storage and labeling of chemical containers and checking temperatures of food before serving. Fire exit must be clear at all times, manager was made aware and inspector recommended that it be cleared as soon as possible to allow rear dining room egress if an emergency were to occur. Inspector will revisit for a follow up inspection in the near future. Excellent compliance posted on 10/18/2021
