Excellent Compliance. No violations observed. Main walk in cooler in temperature with eggs on bottom shelves. Dough cooler in temperature with gauge. Cut tomatoes in first cold holding prep area below 45 degrees F. Cut cherry tomatoes in other cold holding units also below 45 degrees F. Grilled chicken in drive thru cold holding below 45 degrees F. 2 soups in hot holding unit both had a temperature above 160 degrees F. Hot holding unit holding soups near drive-thru electronic temperature gauge read at 276 degrees F. Ice scoops in cleanable holders. Drink dispenser nozzles near drive thru clean. Employees observed using gloved hands to prepare food. Carbon Monoxide detector present in dining area. Coffee, tea and soda dispensers in self serve dining area nozzles clean. Self serve utensils face down in holders.
