Burger King · meal portions · checked Sep 20, 2026What’s in your meal?
Start with a recorded meal, then change its side or drink to see how the nutrition changes.
263 named meal configurations, with their included portions and observed alternatives. A small meal and a large meal are separate recipes.
Why the side and drink matter
A meal’s nutrition includes its recorded side and drink as well as the main item. Adding fries and a drink to a complete meal in a separate meal builder can count them twice. Use the portion list here to see exactly what is included before combining records.
Can I replace a drink without changing the meal size?
Select an alternative in the drink slot. The calculator uses that alternative’s named serving; it does not scale a medium drink into an assumed small serving. A different drink can change sugar and sodium as well as calories. Changes to ice or other ingredients are outside this calculation.
Does a listed alternative cost extra?
Some source choices explicitly allow an extra charge. The calculator flags those choices where recorded, but a missing flag does not promise a free substitution. Local prices for the default meal remain separate from the price of a customised order.
What about allergens and ingredient changes?
The ingredient and allergen notes describe standard components. Shared equipment, substitutions and local preparation still matter. Removing an ingredient does not establish that a meal is safe for an allergy. Use the ingredient customisation calculator for supported sandwich changes; those changes are not automatically carried into this meal.
