Inspector’s narrative
1. Walk in cooler has an ambient display temperature of 48F at the time of inspection. When internal food temperatures were measured with inspector's metal stem probe thermometer, they were found to be 45-46F. Inspector recommends adjusting ambient temperature of the walk in cooler to avoid any further fluctuation in internal temperatures of food items stored in this cooler and for management to monitor temperatures of food items. 2. All violations are to be corrected in a timely manner and are subject to enforcement action.
