All measured hot and cold holding temepratures acceptable at this time. Observed workers wearing gloves when handling ready to east foods such as breads when checking to go orders. Routine extermination provided by Ehrlich Pest services and are to continue on a regular basis. Food allergen certifications present on site by all managers. Food allergen posters are to be posted in both english and spanish. Discussed food allergen and single service laws.
