Inspector’s narrative

At this time a complete inspection was conducted of facility. All measured hot and cold holding temperatures acceptable at this time. Observed workers using gloves to handle ready to eat food items including salads and sandwiches. Extermination provided routinely by Ehlrich pest services. Services to continue on a regular basis. Sanitizing buckets are present in every food prep station throughout facility. Quatenary based sanitizer is used for sanitizing buckets for food prep area as well as sanitizing areas throughout facility. Buckets sanitizing concentrations are measured prior to being used using testing strips. Tables in seating area are sanitized every 15min by managers of the facility or after people are observed using the tables. Low temp chemical dish machine functioning as designed on site with acceptable sanitizing concentrations. Food allergen certified staff present on site.
