Enter the final figures for the same items and portions in each ordering channel. Delivery menu prices may differ from pickup prices before any delivery charge appears. Include both delivery and service fees in the fees field.
The pickup side includes the travel or parking cost you enter. Your time, convenience and any unlisted costs are outside the calculation. Apply discounts to the relevant subtotal or fee before comparing, and avoid counting a fee twice.
A practical example
The example delivery basket is $30 food + $6 fees + $3 tax + $5 tip = $44. Pickup is $27 food + $2.50 tax + $0 tip + $2 travel = $31.50. Pickup costs $12.50 less for those inputs.
