Inspector’s comment: 2 Door deli style cooler at the front service station appears to not be draining properly. Address and make any necessary repairs. Both 2 door coolers in the front service area with elevated temperatures approximately 49F. All potentially hazardous foods to removed and placed into a cooler that is able to maintain a temperature below 41F. Discontinue the use until repaired.

Inspector’s comment: Storage shelves in the catering room visibly soiled. Clean to remove.

Inspector’s comment: Evidence of heavy fruit fly activity in the main service area and the basement area's. Address.

Inspector’s comment: Boxes of dry goods near the catering walk-in freezer observed opened and on the ground. Discontinue and store appropriately.

Inspector’s comment: Large cutting board in the catering room visibly soiled and heavily scoared. Resurface or replace.

Inspector’s comment: Faucet at the 3 bay sink in the catering room is leaking. Address and make any necesarry repairs.
