Inspector’s narrative
Thank you for your time. No violations were apparent at the time of the inspection. All of the plumbing including the restrooms and employee handsinks, were operating as designed. The coolers were adequate to refrigerate large volumes of items, and labels and dates are visible with discard times. Notes: I observed the chicken noodle soup in hot holding unit reading 159.2 degrees, and inside the prep cooler sliced raw tomatoes holding at 34.6, and sliced deli ham reading 38.5 degrees.
