Inspector’s narrative
No violations were apparent at the time of the inspection today. Improvements have been added since 2022, and I reviewed with the staff that all refrigerated units had adequate thermometers to easily monitor the temperature. I observed the prepared soups properly heating in the re-thermalizer. The cream of broccoli soup was holding at 164F in the storage crock. At the prep counter, the tuna salad was holding at 33F. At the bakery area, the chive cream cheese was stored at 31F. The outdoor garbage storage was secure and all dumpsters were covered. Thank you for your time!
