Inspector’s narrative

Thank you for your time today. The health permit posted on the wall expired on March 31, 2026. The manager is contacting the licensing department to obtain the current permit that was renewed. One small cooler near the drive thru was off and empty, and the manager stated a repair order was sent after the door was damaged. Adequate refrigeration is available to hold all dairy and beverage mixes. The milk and containers with fruit were observed at 36F degrees at the drive thru window. The front end cooler was holding cream cheese at 39F degrees, and the display beverage unit was holding at 35F degrees. On the main prep tables, bins of tuna salad were observed at 39F degrees and chicken salad was holding at 37F degrees. Tuna salad and pre-made egg mix in the walk-in cooler were observed at 36F degrees. At the 2nd salad station, sliced tomatoes and cooked steak bites were stored at 35F degrees. Hard boiled eggs were observed at 33F degrees in the prep cooler. A full crock of chicken noodle soup was observed at 154F on the hot line counter, and full crock of french onion was holding at 157F degrees. All handsinks and restrooms were operating as designed, with soap dispensers and paper towels. Both WM dumpsters were closed and secure for pest management.
