Compare the complete delivery total
Panera advertises a $1 delivery fee, but its terms also apply a convenience fee and allow higher delivery menu prices. Selected California cafés add a $2 supplemental delivery charge. Fees and minimums vary by location; delivery charges do not go to the driver as a tip.
Minimum spend and advance orders
The published delivery minimum is $8–$10 depending on location, before tax and fees. The delivery FAQ permits orders up to two weeks ahead. Availability depends on the address and café schedule, and the quoted delivery window varies. Use the café’s separately listed delivery hours when planning.
Offers and payment
The site advertises some limited or new-member delivery-fee promotions. Eligibility is offer-specific; a waived delivery fee does not remove other charges. Panera gift cards can be added during its own online checkout. Catering uses separate arrangements and is excluded from the ordinary order-tracking statement.
