MyPanera rewards & membership tiers

Earning and membership
The August 2026 programme earns 10 points per eligible dollar. MyPanera+ requires $300 of qualifying spending per calendar year; qualifying status lasts through the following year. Paid Sip Club subscribers receive MyPanera+ benefits while subscribed. Direct Panera delivery earns eligible plus-tier members 12 points per dollar.
What spending counts?
Use your linked account. Taxes, fees, tips, catering, third-party orders, gift-card purchases and subscription fees are excluded from ordinary points earning. Points generally arrive within 24 hours of fulfilment. The account limit is 50,000 points.
Expiry and redeeming
Points expire after 180 days without a qualifying purchase, points redemption or Sip Club drink redemption. The current reward catalogue and point costs are shown in your account. Choosing a reward removes points immediately; each reward has its own expiry. One reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Birthday benefits
The standard tier offers an eligible individual bakery treat. Plus tiers offer an eligible You Pick Two, with a maximum $18 discount. Add your birthday to the account. These rewards last seven days after issue; item exclusions and modification charges apply.
Catering has a separate rewards system
Qualifying catering spending earns $20 in rewards for each $500, issued as two $10 rewards. Catering rewards expire after 90 days; progress toward the threshold has a 12-month inactivity window. Fees, tax, tips and discounts do not count. Each $10 reward must be used in one purchase; unused value is lost. Multiple rewards can be used for catering online or at participating cafés, but ordinary online pickup and delivery allow only one per transaction.
